Chiropractic Education

The science of chiropractic requires emphasis on several branches of medical science, such as anatomy and physiology, pathology, neurology, biomechanics, X-ray, spinal adjusting techniques, and other subjects.

To graduate with a degree in chiropractic, each student must pass the critical and demanding National Board Examination. Then, doctors apply to yet another licensing board for additional training for an even more difficult test. Only after they successfully pass this test do they get the privilege of practicing chiropractic. Compared with a medical degree, chiropractic involves at least one hundred more class hours.

As such, chiropractic care is safe, not only because it has been tested by dozens of research studies that put it up against aspirin, muscle relaxants, and back surgery, but also because the doctors that practice chiropractic are very accomplished and comprehensively trained in their field of study. They know what they are doing and they want to help the patient feel their best.
